Punkbuster can come out a bit aggressive because it's nature as a cheater detection program.Therefore sometimes it is flagged as generic trojan malware by av solutions. On July 9th Bitdefender produced a FP, and now apparently avast found issues with the executable. So probably a false positive. When reported and actually found to be a FP, avast is known to solve these issues quickly, sometimes with a coming update. So just wait for it to be fixed.
