It seems to be fixed now on one computer, but not my other. Both are Windows 8 Pro with Media Center Pack systems.

I seem to have the grayed-out issue intermittently on my system it's working on too, but it seems to be showing up less and less now. As for the system it wasn't working on, it's still not cooperating as of the latest version.

Windows 8 Pro here...it shows up and acts normally on both my systems, but for some odd reason if I click the icon in Google Chrome, it displays a login form with two blank buttons below it, and the username/email field or whatever it may be has an email address of an Avast domain user in it, and some pre-filled out password that I cannot read.

This definitely needs attention.

Once again it's greyed out on Firefox.

There really is no point in continuing with these they are grey, now they are green posting.

If they are are all grey then there is likely to be an issue with the back-end servers, be patient and they will in due course be back up again.

I found a new bug in WebRep plug-in in the new version 1474. I use Speed Dial extension in my Firefox as the home page.  In previous versions the plug-in was always gray on this page, but now it is gray only at the browser's start.  If you open another tab and then close it, the plug-in continues to show the rating of that closed tab.

Windows Vista SP2
Firefox 16.0.2
Speed Dial 0.9.6.11
May the FOSS be with you!

Mine in Chrome is back on again today. I'm not worrying about it any more. I didn't buy Avast for WebRep but for a good security program. Only thing that bothers me is, if you are going to have something like this included in the program, then I think it should work a little better than this has been working.

Thank you for posting that image. That is EXACTLY what I'm getting on one computer in Google Chrome. It works fine in the other, though.

It's working fine on the 32 bit Windows 8 computer and shows the screenshot I posted in the 64 bit Windows 8 system.

Ah, just realized that it's the same case over here with my systems! Apparently the 64-Bit version is the culprit! :)

It seems to be fixed now on one computer, but not my other. Both are Windows 8 Pro with Media Center Pack systems.

Running Windows 8 Pro, Google Chrome, and IE10.

It's not working on one computer here in Chrome, but works fine in IE10 this computer, works fine on two other networked computers. (in IE10 and Chrome)

I have disabled and removed the Avast WebRep from Chrome, added it back in, run a repair install on Avast, restored my Chrome profile from a backup, uninstalled Chrome, Re-installed Chrome, and let it re-sync from my Google online profile to restore my Chrome settings.

Avast WebRep no longer works on this one computer in Chrome.
