The same problem has just started with me too on Facebook, unable to access my messages on my personal account, can still access messages via my business FB page. Can access my messages via my mobile thankfully, please sort this out!

I am having the same problem as everybody else here. I tried opening my Facebook messages in Chrome and Firefox, and I get the same result that a threat has been detected, Trojan Horse to be exact.

Can somebody please, solve this problem as soon as possible.

I think the problem should be settled(adjusted) during the day or in the next putting in the daytime of avast

i have exact problem all day in google chrome, i tried everything, and after update chrome - problem disappeared

i have cleaned all caches and temp-files, Java-cache, several scans.... nothing works, no change...

Just adding in my 2c, I am having the same issues, can't access it any other way than my phone which is a pain in the ass because I need to be able to copy & paste from emails to people!

I tried to get in my inbox from Facebook using Firefox and was triggered this alert trojan, but when accessed by Chrome, no alert was triggered, will represent any danger??

Update your Chrome! that resolved the problem for meh.
