MSI package for GPO

it's possible to have an msi package to deploy avast Business protection client with the GPO on AD?

You've the possibility to have a deployment package (or installer) and decide what protection is included in this package (eg. sandbox, safezone, exchange...).

When the client go to connect to the console and you move this pc to your default group in the console, it will receive the avast  GPO automatically.
