my.avast.com not working for Samsung/Verizon Note 2

The web remote commands worked great on my Samsung/Verizon Fascinate, but no longer on the Note 2. It shows that the device is secured in the control panel, but all requests sent from the web time out. Only text commands work.

Hello,
please execute "Fix connection problems" in anti-theft -> basic settings -> avast! Account
this should help you figure out where the problem is.

Also make sure you have the latest Version of avast! Mobile Security and Anti-Theft installed.

If this didn't help, disconnect from the online account and reconnect from within Anti-Theft (anti-theft -> basic settings -> avast! Account).
