AntiTheft with disabled settings
« on: January 30, 2013, 12:07:44 PM »
I've thought I've posted this before, but I lost in the forum jungle...
I've made a full app backup with ROM Toolkit (app + data).
Reset data and cache. Installed a new ROM (aokp).
Restored all the data including AT.
Now the AT tab of settings called "Restart Protection" is greyed out, both "Save settings" and "Test saved settings" (or whatever they're called in English).
How can I correct this?

Hello,

you actually didn't post it - you opened a support case with the exact same text.

it seems that the app is no longer installed rooted after the restore process.
please uninstall and reinstall rooted for a working version.

Surprise...
"avast! Anti-Theft is not installed"... Although, inside AMS it was said and shown it WAS installed!!!

Installed again... Working...
But I still think AMS shouldn't shown green "Secure" button IF avast! AntiTheft is not correctly installed...
