Hi, my phone was stolen and I tried to access my device remote via the web, but it appears that AMS app is not linked to my account. I also can't seem to locate the AAT in google play. So how does it work, what am I doing wrong or how can i turn on the anti theft app and where do I find it? Really lost without my phone. Daily I installed several other lost droid apps to device remote from the web, but each one accept my AMS app have been removed by the person who has taken my phone. Need help, please respond back.

did you enable your avast! account link within the app BEFORE it was lost? if not, its not there.
you can always use SMS remote commands though. read docs

No, I didn't..and now the culprit has removed my Avast app off phone. I believe they're receiving the SMS commands & therefore removes the lost droid apps when I download them. They must also be reading my emails. I'm furious..I hope someone invents forms or apps online, so we can manually lock out phones from our web accounts. Lesson learned..this will not happen again.
