I'm running it on Galaxy Nexus just fine. Probably Google Play playing tricks on you. The alphas and betas there don't work as should by my experience so might be that. (Dunno about the Tab, is it 4+?)

I heard there was some issue with your Google Play setup. Can you try again?

Yeah, now it is ok.
Can you send me the Passolo file for translation and correction? There are typos in the app.

By the way, is there any way to test if it is working.
I'm connected via London, but I don't know about regional restrictions for Brazil and the network does not have any special block.
How can I test SecureLine in these conditions?

This dialog is a system one, can't fix anything about that.

Well, if you connect to to New York, Netflix should be working for you (should be available for USA and Canada only I think, although I might be wrong).

Well, two errors and, possibly, to suggestions of a better saying that.

Do you have the number of the red phone?
I wish to know a common user that could get in contact with Google or Microsoft...

Try shutting down the Google Play Store, clear the data and launch again. It should work then.
