Recuring payment Silent hit

I thought I canceled my auto renewal subscriptions to both my computer and my mothers laptop. I got billed $29.99 for a renewal. I have posted a customer support ticked about this. I have not yet had any reply in the three days of time that has passed. Error can happen and I understand but not to help me out here is wrong.
