Since installing AVAST free, my shared printer only works immediately after a forced reboot of the printer.
I have 2x WinXP (32 bit) laptops connecting wirelessly to a netcomm router. Canon MX850 Pixma is wired to the router via a network cable.
This setup has worked flawlessly for 2 years. Since I switched to AVAST, printing only works after the printer is rebooted, and then only works for a very short period.
If I uninstall AVAST from 1 laptop, that machine can then print without issue. How do I fix this so I can continue to use AVAST?
