How to remove broken file found found in bootscan
« on: July 07, 2014, 01:24:08 AM »
Long ago, avast! found a break in my prncacla.inf file. It would find it in multiple places. I had it fixed, but Windows has the broken file stored in System32/DriverStore/FileRepository. This broken copy always comes up in my avast! boot scans. I know it is not really a problem, but I was wondering, how do I fix it? Thanks!
