How do you remove the win32:remserv trojan? avast says it moved the files. I clicked "repair" but it would not repair. I put them in the chest but they it still shows the trojan when I run avast. Any help?

Where does avast show the Virus? Only in the Chest, than you are save! It can not repair the file reported as Virus, because the whole file is the Malware, you can only move/rename or delete it.

garfield,
What OS are you using. If it is Windows ME or XP, then it's possible that the trojan will continue to be detected in the files saved by the
System Restore
feature.
