There are many Windows shortcut key combinations you can use.
                       
Here's one you should remember: Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B
The keyboard shortcut Windows+Ctrl+Shift+B is used in Windows operating systems
to reset the graphics driver and refresh the screen if you encounter any issues,
such as a frozen or black screen. It’s a quick way to troubleshoot display problems
without restarting your computer.
Your computer will beep and the screen will flash black for a moment.

Clearing the junk, etc. from your browser
- A quick tip -
The fastest way to the Clear browsing data menu is via the Ctrl+Shift+Del keyboard shortcut.
On a Mac, the keyboard shortcut is Command + Shift + Backspace
Another option is via the More button (that little icon with three horizontal dots),
followed by Settings, Privacy and Security and then the Choose what to clear button
under the Clear browsing data heading.
