Done.

So now what should happen?
When the avast's alert appears, don't close it and go to the C:\windows\temp\_avast_\ folder and the <somefilename>.unp file should be there.

OK, pack them into archive (i.e. zip), upload to ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming/ and let me know the uploaded filename.

Well, a few days ago had more .dat files, but today there is only one. I will proceed to upload to the site that you indicated to me.

How I do it? I clicked on all sides but I can not upload it. Appears this:

Open Windows Explorer and copy/paste this:

Code: [Select]
ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming
Drag/drop file into the right open window. Wait for transmission to conclude.

You can also do it like this:

Start > Run.

Copy/paste

Code: [Select]
explorer ftp://ftp.avast.com/incoming
Drag file into the ftb window.

Not now reappeared message.

To remove Adwcleaner and FRST, how do I do? Just right click and delete, then go to the Trash and completely remove?

And with folders I can do the same?

Well, I did it the way I have said before, however the program is still in my PC? Because then I could do what you are saying.
