I respect your point of view. Mine is that I can live with this opt-out approach (And it's default not only for Avast products). We definitely could arque about the proper wording for the AR, or if checkbox or a dialog however we might never get to an agreement as everybody see it differently (there were similar discussions internally - 10 people, 10 opinions). Non native speakers may make it complicated it even more
As it was already mentioned by Qucksilver - we really do send out several warnings emails to let you know that we are going to charge you for next your subscription. To avoid a confusion.
