Meraki MDM Getting blocked by AutoSandbox

Hello,

I am working to setup Avast within our organization but we use Meraki MDM and it keeps blocking the client from running. I have tried disabling the Mail SSL settings and now I have the AutoSandbox turned off all together but I cant use some of the other aspects of the MDM like remote management etc. This is turning out to be a real bummer because currently I cant remotely manage the machine I have this installed to test with. Has anyone been able to get this working?

send the blocked sample as false positive through https://support.avast.com/ -> Avast VirusLab

Ok thanks I just did that.

If anyone has any recommendations to setup exclusions I would appreciate that. Cant really move forward until I get this figured out.

I was able to see my devices in Meraki MDM by adding a URL exclusion for meraki.com
Also the work around by disabling Scan SSL Connections for Mail Shield is not needed when adding the URL exclusion.
