Avast não funciona no Windows 10

   alguém sabe informar se existe uma solução para o windows 10

O meu avast premier tbm nao está funcionando corretamente no windows 10.

- What was the filename and path where the virus was found (if any)?
- Which actions have you taken to try solving the problem?
- Do you use a firewall? Which one?
- Do you have any other antivirus installed in your system?  Did you have in the past?
- Any other security programs that could interfere?
- Is there any useful information into Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Events, specially 'Errors'?

Meu Avast Premier não está funcionando, aparece a mensagem "O Windows não pode acessar o dispositivo, caminho ou arquivo especificado. Talvez você não tenha as permissões adequadas para acessar o item."  Como assim???

Lisandro entrou de férias e estou substituído por alguns dias
