Hi,
How can I stop the Internet Mail and Outlook/Exchange from running? I just want to run the standard shield. I tried terminating them but they always start running everytime I reboot.
I'm running Win XP.
Can someone help??
Thanks in advance.

Take a look at the Avast Helpfile. Press "F1" button and read the "Setting up Mail Protection" article.
