Unable to connect to device

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help me.  When I try to connect to my phone through the portal I always get the message 'Unable to connect to the device'.  This happens using the portal on my laptop or on my phone.  This means I can't do anything remotely to my phone which makes the ant-theft app pointless.  However, I can find the location of the phone through the portal but nothing else.

I would appreciate any advice.  Thanks.
