Clients in danger but updated
« on: September 23, 2016, 10:00:43 AM »
hi to all
I've 14 clients that AfB views as "in danger" because they are not synchronized since more than 30 days
but if I go to the client, Avast is online, updated and working
I don't want to reinstall 14 (!) clients, I've no time for this type of activity
why AfB can't see that they are ok? can I "force" synchronization?

they say to me to reinstall, but I've no time to reinstall 14 clients that works, if there is a problem with syncronization I think it's a problem of avast, not mine / my network (clients are in different networks)

Have you tried to create a task for those 14 clients with a "Update Program" and see if they can sync and verify?

yes, I've 2 or more tasks for the same client, they are "assigned" and nothing changes after more than a week
