I have the same issue. After renewing the license, the icon in the Windows task bar says "Avast EasyPass is blocked please check your online account". I can still open the EasyPass editor and access my passwords through the Windows Start menu, but the integration in Internet Explorer is not working anymore. The About window of the EasyPass editor says License: "FREE, Trial period expired". If I try to enter my license key again, it says: "Failed. Response of the server: ERROR 316 License key already in use". If I login to my Avast account, I see no reference to EasyPass whatsoever. Support (Ticket ID: [#572211]) does not respond so far. What should I do to continue using EasyPass? The payment was successful.
