Example of 2 stacked tabs and tiles (Speed Dial and Avast Forum), also Web Panel (YouTube) :

Very nice Chromium/Blink based browser by the founder of Opera.
It supports Chrome extensions natively and Opera extensions can be installed by changing .nex file extension to .crx .

It is basically Chromium version of old Opera with Presto rendering engine.
IMO, Chrome is basic dumbed down browser for regular users while Vivaldi is browser
for power users.
