I can't see your pic, but I suppose the scan doesn't work right or something. For as mentioned in another thread it scans well but it's unable to fix anything, i.e. change any setting by itself. Still must do that manually.

I'd guess that it's just timing out.  Who knows how many people are hitting this scanner now.  Try it at like 3am or something and see what happens.

nope, from the developer description page the scanner is being downloaded into the browser, and is executed from there...explaining how no private data is leaked by it...

What kind of an internet connection do you have and how big (many friends) is you Facebook account

My connection is a 10 meg cable connection and I have maybe 10 friends, no more. Going to the facebook page for the scanner, I found many,many people are having the same problem with various browsers. They have acknowledged the problem and are trying to fix it but so far, no go.

I have the same issue here.

You have to untick manually and opt out from all for it to be fixed

no I haven't. Honestly, I don't think I'll bother. It might work, but I may login once or twice a month to Facebook, and that never lasts more than 10 seconds each time. I'll probably end up deleting my account there.
