Is this made by Microsoft?

It doesn't look like it from the screenshots.

No offense, but why would you post this in interesting software and system news if it's just a third party theme?

I like that link better, because not only does it give you the siena theme, but a bunch others too.

Better switch to another OS like Mac or Linux.

you first Sir ;D

I'm currently trying Ubuntu 10.04 with limited success. It appears there are issue with older ATI video cards. Otherwise it runs smooth and offers all one needs to complete their work. For basic things it's good. I find it's extremely customizable but you got to be ready to spend the time. :P
Computer Systems:

Intel Pentium 4 641 / 2GB RAM / Vista Home Basic SP2 / avast! 5.0 Home / SAS Free / MBAM Free / Windows Defender / Windows Firewall / Spyware Blaster/ Secunia PSI / Firefox 3.6 / Opera 10.5

Core2Duo T8300 / 4GB RAM / Vista Home Premium SP2 (32 bit version) / Same Software.

I don't think you ever spent the time I spent tweaking xorg.conf + ATI + XGL (i.e. no AIGLX) "ConfusedComputerUser" ;D

I tried ubuntu 10.04 for a while. Now I have installed Linux mint (based on ubuntu). It is a bit faster than ubuntu. No prob with ati graphics. I do not use virtual machine for ubuntu and mint os. since ubuntu has wubi and linux mint has minut4linux. These guys are awesome. Just uninstall and everything's gone.
