It's a shame they don't have that page on a RSS feed.

It sure would be nice to subscribe to to keep up with the latest news when it's released,
not when we remember to go to the link. :(

I am not a fan of Iobit but I came across a very interesting defrag software

Smart Defrag v2 Beta 1.1

http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?t=8436

They updated the old program and added boot time defrag

Smart Defrag v2. Beta1.1

I installed it and ran it.  Interestingly enough it totally messes with the defrags from PerfectDisk 11.x

I can't say which is better, however I have used PerfectDisk for years and have no reason to change :)

Of course Smart Defrag is free so if one doesn't want to spend money on Defrag Software then they can use that however I have found Defraggler, for a quick defragment is a nice tool.

So for now, pending more testing with SmartDefrag I will stick with PerfectDisk and Defraggler.

Just my personal choice :)

I would rather use the free version of Puran Defrag as a) it doesn't have the stigma associated with Iobit and b) it has a very handy boot-time defrag option.

Seems the variations are very big, i.e., June compared to December 2010.
Is this correctly measured?

I've read here in avast forums it could be a biased measured market share (although not it is malicious, but just that the statistics are measured in a limited sample of computers).

If you have Windows 7 but are really still in love with Windows XP,
then the following might be just what you're looking for:

Personally, I'm quite happy with Windows 7  :)
