It works fine in IE.

I like the message that it shows at the top though
(guess they will do anything to plug chrome ;))

Yet another reason I do not use Firefox. ;)

Yeah of course. You don't like caring about security as I see.

@ Altarir.

Yes I care about security! and you could remove avast! and install Kaspersky from a good Russian software company:

When I clicked on the 20things link Firefox blocked the webpage and put up the following message

"Website is asking to store information on your computer, Allow or Decline?"

I declined and closed the tab.

Thanks anyway :)

There really are times when I can't believe you, so you don't like the additional security offered in warning you of what is going on. But I guess you would rather be blissfully unaware of it with your browser.

Depends how you look at it, but each has their own preference. I prefer Firefox, but I will concede that on slower/underpowered machines, Chrome (or what ever variant you use - mine is iron) is simply unbeatable for speed, at least in my experience anyway.

To be honest, they all look the same to me anyway... :D

Just your opinion. Nothing more than that. Yet you state it like it's some well-known fact.

Nothing at the top of the page on mine, but I guess firefox and the NoScript or AdBlock Plus dealt with that ;D

Nothing unusual in YoKenny's responses, always takes a dive off in a different direction when you counter his comment.

As a fellow IE user and non FF user, I agree with Yokenny. Chrome may be better but it's also uglier. On a side note, I tried the Chrome frames deal for IE and it actually made my browsing slower so I ditched it.

My Thumbs up to Google Chrome only, All my computer needs is going only inside chrome, My Emails (AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo etc) is linked inside Gmail and Gmail is open in Google Chrome App mode, All my 12 Messengers account (Yahoo, AIM, Live (msn), ICQ, Gtalk, MySpace, Facebook etc) is all linked to meebo and it's open in another Google App window, my office needs is going under another Goole App window which is Google Documents. My Calendar is Google Calendar and it's open in another Google App window, how I can think of another browser?

Only once I got thumb down to that from my friend:

@omid

If so much is going on in your browser, I am damn sure chrome is using at least 400 to 500 MB of Ram or more than that. Just use meminfo and check the current usage and when everything is closed.

@nmb: That's why I prefer Chrome over other browsers (IE, FF, Opera, Safari). It has a waayyyyy better memory handling than other browsers. in FF I had to restart browser every few hour, but in Chrome memory remain same after 10-12 hours.

I've also 18 Extensions installed, and here is memory usage.

I've always an eye on my RAM - CPU - I/O as Process Explorer is minimized in my tray with all Icons showing, all I've is 2 GB ram, and using these services like this in browser or you may call 'in the cloud' is way faster and easier and lighter for me.
