http://blog.mozilla.com/addons/2011/09/28/issue-discovered-with-firefox-add-on-upgrades/

Addons disappearing on updating to the newest version...

I actually had this issue, and NoScript simply disappeared. I only noticed when a youtube video loaded without the normal NS block. All I did was reinstall it, and I've only just noticed that all of my settings are the same...

Interesting...

Mozilla accepts. As mentioned by VG here: http://www.askvg.com/mozilla-releases-add-on-recovery-tool-for-firefox-7-0-to-recover-hidden-add-ons/
Quote
Many Firefox users are facing a weird issue after updating their web browser to recently released 7.0 version. All or some of their installed add-ons disappeared after updating to Firefox 7.0 version.

Mozilla has acknowledged this bug and released an add-on to fix the issue. According to Mozilla, these hidden add-ons and user data are still intact and haven't actually been removed. Mozilla paused new updates to Firefox to minimize the potential impact on users and will soon release an update to fix this issue and ensure all your add-ons are visible and usable.

Yes I love these sort of sites, give us some information and we will tell you if it has been harvested (oops yes it has just been harvested), perhaps I'm too trusting NOT.

I also like the sites where you can test the strength of your passwords ;D

US Military drones have been infected by malware. Though, it doesn't say which one; they do say that it's a keylogger.
