I don't see anything interesting about that software.

@ bob3160,

Yes, as it is not really a new and valid sort of program you normally submit here, BUT, as an antivirus program is really one of the most critical programs one can put on their systems, would not the integrity and honesty of the people running the company matter or come into play?

It looks to me offhand that this may be less than reputable sort of company here.  Imagine the willful access to all your data everywhere in one fell swoop, and not only that, privacy issues would come up here as well if this is so!

I think that is what Chris Thomas was alluding to, and getting at here.  It may seem a little bit OT, but not really.

Interesting program but watch out for the add-ons
Once you bypass them (Uncheck and don't accept) you'll be able to find all sorts of
pictures from within your emails, Facebook, twitter, etc.

I have 'always' held the integrity and morals of an individual(or group) behind any product as primary , whether the product is a car, toaster or software program before I support it with my $$$$$ ??? 8)

Is there a need to post the same thing in two different topics Bob http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=93544.msg872031#msg872031 ??? we're always telling other people off for doing the same thing.

So, does this mean for future versions of AIS or are the technologies already present in what we have?  I hope the HIPS part never makes it into AIS.

Malwarebytes Anti-Rootkit is a handy and reliable application designed to scan, detect and clean malicious rootkits that reside on your computer.
The archive also includes a handy utility that repairs the damage caused by the presence of rootkits. This operation requires a reboot in order to apply the fixes.

For those that prefer to download the program from Malwarebytes you know how to find it.  ;)

I have not tested it.  I am not that brave. ;D

It is still an immature programme so I would only use it as a last resort

IOBIT Advanced Mobil Care

I've been using this for over a month and have found that my smartphone is faster and the battery is certainly giving me extra up-time.
It has not in any way interfered with my avast! Mobil Security's ability to keep my system clean and protected.
