No I thought you were having a problem with the download page loading not the actual download. I have tried that now and first of all there is a redirect and then the 404 failure.

That's what I meant. You can't download it. Their Twitter page says their hosting service is having problems.

Patch My PC

As you can see it found 2 items that where not up to date
after it did it's job, all items are now updated to the latest version.

Good job but their download is now working.
