I'm not trying to go off-topic, but my personal exprience says that for the stuff like DNS Lookup, Reverse DNS, IP Whois, Domain Whois etc usually you get much better result with online web-based tools rarther than standalone program, only for Trace and Ping you need tools in your own end which all OSes (Win/Unix) comes with tools. A web based tools like http://mxtoolbox.com/NetworkTools.aspx offer you much more without having to install any additional software...

So now you have two solutions to diagnose a possible problem.
You choose the one that suits you best or, take them both.
The price for either is very affordable - $0.00

It implies on their site that you can send the file to anyone and it will be self-extracting by entering the key. Well, it's not. I downloaded the file and can't open it with anything and don't get any option to enter a key. If the person receiving the file also needs to have Silver Key installed, it should say that but it doesn't.

If you create an exe file then it can be opened with just the password.
For anything else, both need to have Silver Key installed.

This is old and very interesting.  It's the first time I have read it, and of course Microsoft would deny it.

How NSA access was built into Windows

Duncan Campbell 04.09.1999
Careless mistake reveals subversion of Windows by NSA.

A CARELESS mistake by Microsoft programmers has revealed that special access codes prepared by the US National Security Agency have been secretly built into Windows. The NSA access system is built into every version of the Windows operating system now in use, except early releases of Windows 95...
