Activating Avast passwords

I just bought Avast password and succesfully installed on a windows 10 PC.
I am also trying to install on a windows 7 PC but I have the following problems:
- I use the avast procedure based on 4 steps
- When I try to activate avast passwords, the chrome and firefox extensions are not activated.
- If I continue the actviation of avast passwordby skipping step 3 (installation in chrome and firefox) I arrive at step 4 that says the activation is complete, but then the process starts again.

Yes, I am using remote desktop. Please, let me know if this could create the problem.

Hi pasquale.savino,

unfortunatelly we don't support Remote Desktop yet. If you need to use remote desktop, try TeamViewer instead.
