Family member upgraded my license without permission
« on: April 07, 2017, 10:16:30 PM »
So this morning I get an email in my mail box thanking me for my upgrade to Premier. Come to find out my grandfather paid for the whole thing and managed to erase a good portion of my info from the system. To top this off, he used his paypal account.

I have been desperately trying to get a hold of someone in billing to fix this mess. I have already spoken with Digital River to refund the money back to my grandfather.

Originally I had 5 Pro licenses, now I have only a SINGLE Premier license. I just want everything put back please.

I have opened a ticket but still not received any response.

In the future, PLEASE challenge for a password before permitting access to billing information.

It was submitted the 6th.

I contacted digital river to get a refund back to my grandfather. Now it's telling me all of my PC's are blacklisted!

This is an absolute mess now. This could have been resolved with a phone call!
