i ordered "avast internet security" and i payed for the money already. i got the key via mail but my comp crashed and i lost my privat data i saved on my local disk incl mails. I installed avast again but i have no key to open all.
i send mail to support to get new licenzkey.. i got it... many times already.. but when i will upload the key i got the message... "wrong lizenzkey".
i`m very sorry that have no chance to contact avast support by phone like other shop. so no direct contakt.. only mail to get new key.
if i know it that support is bad like this never i will order anything from avast.
in the last i delete all and download antivir.
