Dear Eddy,
You are always so smartly convinced of your answers, but look have you actually looked up the who is of the above IP address 70.121.142.216 ?
If you did, you'd find that this is one of the IP addresses of an internet provider, as follows :
Address type IPv4
Hostname cpe-70-121-142-216.satx.res.rr.com
ASN 11427 - SCRR-11427 - Time Warner Cable Internet LLC
ISP Spectrum
Connection type Cable
Organization Road Runner
Timezone America/Chicago (UTC-5)
Local time 03:13:22
Country United States United States
State / Region Texas
District / County Bexar County
City San Antonio
Zip / Postal code 78288
In other words, this is not the IP address of the person using that particular ISP, but one of the IP addresses that appears to be used by the load balancer of the
particular ISP. This tells me that Avast WIFI Inspector is picking up something as "vulnerable and accessible from the internet" that is ACTUALLY INTENDED TO BE
accessible from the internet. Now, can you please let AVAST know this, and have them fix this. Mere logic ought to tell you that I am right on this one. Think it through, please.
Thanks!
