Hello,
Yesterday I bought the PC software Avast Internet Security for 2 years and downlaoded it.
When I tried to install it, the window of the installation disappears after the bar of Installation is in progress. It doesn't ask me for the license number or opening a new window. When I tried to open the software it won't open but there is a process named AvastUI.exe in the task manager which can not be ended by me. I tried to uninstall the software trough the control panel but it won't let me do that too.
can you please help me to install Avast Internet Security properly?

what AV did you have installed before downloading avast?

I had Mcfee

Run McAfee uninstaller (22a) >> https://singularlabs.com/uninstallers/security-software/

Now try install avast again .....

It stops at the same place

I ran the mcfee uninstalling but trying to install avast failed again.
