I just installed Avast 4.6 home edition and scanned my hd.
Avast reported Win32:Trojan-gen. {UPX!} infection on the file rapidq4c.lib.
This is a false alarm. What I have heard, there may have been a virus that was made using RapidQ compiler with that library file, or perhaps the virus was just compressed with the same UPX compressor that the library file is compressed with. Now Avast detects the library (and any programs compiled with that library) as virus.
I searched this forum and found one thread that indicated the same problem existed over a year ago.
Some other virus scanners have had the same error, but have fixed it.
