Hi, I recently got a new phone, installed Avast pro and set anti-theft. When I go onto Avast.com, I can see the phone, it reports anti-theft and anti-virus is active, but when I try to send any commands it reports it is "unable to communicate" the existing phone still responds to all command but the new phone won't. Any ideas?
