Uninstalled app & removed from my.avast.com twice already. This made no difference.

Also...this seems odd: http://prntscr.com/j4dsv2

When I click on 'Choose licence' I see this: http://prntscr.com/j4dt7h

No licence for Mobile Security...but why?

When I click 'get a new licence', and then Mobile Security for Android I see this: http://prntscr.com/j4du6a

Then I click manage subscriptions. I see this: http://prntscr.com/j4dv1i

So why doesn't this licence show up in my.avast.com and why cant I send commands, and most importantly what if my phone is stolen!!! I've purchased a product thats supposed to protect my phone and data. But it's useless.

Hi, try this, please:
1) uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Antivirus from Device Administrators first)
2) check there is no "Avast" in your device Settings → Accounts
3) remove the device from the Avast My Account
4) only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account

If there is no change, please let me know.

I've now done this three times and it's made no difference.

Still 'The command could not have been delivered.'!

What now?

Not sure how installing a video recorder app on my mobile device will demonstrate that my.avast.com is unable to connect to it.

When standard procedures do not work or help, we need users to recordhow exactly the problem happens, so that we can analyze it more thoroughly.
