Issues accessing a utilities website

I am not a forums user in any regard so apologies if this isn't where it should be posted..

Avast is blocking me out of a Utilities website that I've been using for multiple years now with no issues.

I've added it to my exemptions list on the web shield but this message pops up that I am unable to close out of.     https://imgur.com/a/EN6Ky5V   this is a screen shot of the warning.

I just want to pay my electric bill.

Seems as if Avast Online Security is flagging a possible https:// phishing site per what your warning snip indicates.

Urlquery.net seems to see the same thing here:  http://urlquery.net/report/42ec0c70-0610-4db4-8913-e3a63157629d
Click the website upper right corner when viewing scanning results.

Site was being blocked until yesterday as URL:Phishing.
Not classified only by AOS
