I think you can set avast Startup scan.
when operation system is starup, Avast auto scan all hard disk.

Windows in its infinite wisdom protects files in use (even malware), so it is likely that avast! can't delete or move files in use. So schedule boot-time scan in avast's menu this should ensure that the file isn't in use and avast should be able to deal with it.

You can also use an on-line HJT log file analysis (http://hijackthis.de/index.php) for a quick analysis that also allows you to scan suspect files. This is a copy of your on-line analysis http://hijackthis.de/logfiles/f0d5030b3fd902b74e43a3a91c9b9263.html one of the major things it indicates is you don't have an active firewall, you are fighting an uphill battle trying to get clean and stay clean without one.

Any malware that manages to get past your defences will have free reign to connect to the internet to either download more of the same, pass your personal data (user names, passwords, keylogger retrieved data, etc.) or open a backdoor to your computer, so outbound protection is essential.

Zone Alarm free http://www.zonelabs.com works fine with avast and has a reasonably friendly user interface. There are others, Comodo, Jetico, Sunbelt Kerio, etc.
See some firewall tests for comparison, some are freeware but many are paid for versions http://www.firewallleaktester.com/tests.php. Also see http://www.thefreecountry.com/security/firewalls.shtml

Check out the Nasty, possibly nasty and unknown entries, do you remember installing them, what are they for, use the paper clip icon to have the file scanned, do a google search for the file name to see if it confirms malware or virus, etc.

 :)  Hi BECS :

Anything with "Zlob" in it is best handled by Experts on
antiSPYWARE forums; since the only such program you
appear to have on your computer is the "Beta" Windows
Defender and they do NOT have a Support Forum, I
recommend you ask for help at www.landzdown.com .
Also, your Sun Java is 1 Update behind, and therefore is
a magnet for the Virtumonde spyware malware, so it
should be uninstalled and the latest version downloaded
     from www.java.com/en .
