Why oh why oh why is the cost of my annual subscription £59.99 - which is double the price for a new customer (£29.99)? Avast is giving its long term customers the same kind of poor service that car insurers do when your insurance goes up each time you renew, but costs much less for a new customer. This is completely unacceptable. Despite raising a request for an explanation a few days ago, Avast are obviously too busy to respond or acknowledge. Not good enough.
