This has been going on for days. I have no VPN access at all. I called tech support and they told me it might be 48 hours before problems are corrected. That was last week. I had access for about 2 days but now... nothing. I don't know who reads these posts, but if I can't use my VPN then I am cancelling my subscription and buying the service from somebody else. Also, the Verification process to access this forum is completely ridiculous. I csn't make out the letters and the "listen to the letters" audio function does not work. AVAST... get your act together!
