Hi truong.le,

Report an FP here: https://www.avast.com/false-positive-file-form.php#pc
Wait for an answer from avast team, as we here are just experienced volunteers.

See: https://urlscan.io/result/7d32d144-c597-4296-ba1a-7b71e4fa8760/

Never post live links here, for obvious reasons

Flagged for phishing by avast online security & privacy.
Was it the Amazon Cloudfront link? -13.33.88.60-server etc?

I'm a rather inexperienced user of Avast, but yesterday I started getting URL:phishing warnings and the connection was cut to the Groove email website, which I need to use as part of my job. I answer the emails there. I put the URL in the Total Virus check and it was fine, and other colleagues with different virus checkers could access it without a problem.

But to me the strangest thing was, although I have Avast installed on both my laptop and my desktop, the warning only appears on my laptop. I can access the Groove emails without a problem on my desktop. How come if it's the same virus checking software, it's only warning me on one device?

I put the false positive report in yesterday, but so far I haven't heard anything and it's still the same issue on my laptop. I'm not working today, but I'm hoping to have a response by Monday. I also tried putting the URL in the Exceptions, but that made no difference. Is there anything else I can try?

Wait for an aswer to your report. Only avast team can give a meaningful reaction.

Also consider the following on spam- and phishing filters:

Thanks. I'm still waiting, but at least in the meantime I can work on one device - just not the most convenient one.
