It's about refund

I have try the free trial and I have already unsubscribe it before it expired. Today I got auto purchase 1 year and I don't want it. I make the refund stuff already since yesterday night. I receive auto e-mail then nothing else??

Be patient, a refund can take up to 7 business days. Note, don't submit multiple tickets (FIFO).

Can someone from avast confirm that this is still the case (FIFO system)?
At first sight no, recent feedback from users who have sent several requests in a few days (with same e-mail) shows that the responses are made chronologically (LIFO)...
