Malwarebytes running in real time with Avast is unnecessary due to the overlap of scanning technique's, there is an exclusions list that can be found on the Malwarebytes forum to allow running together though I highly recommend to leave Malwarebytes as on access only (not real time) for periodic scanning. If both are running together you'll bring your system to a crawl with the Malwarebytes resource usage being so high.Zemana is completely unnecessary imo.
First, be sure to get rid of Zemana Antimalware..!!Then:1. Download Avast Premium Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premium_security_setup_offline.exe2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.4. Reboot.PS: Regarding Avast & Malwarebytes, see: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/200324-exclusions-for-avast-users/
I think they're separate licenses though I'm not 100% sure on that, I don't work for Avast...just a user like yourself.Someone with more knowledge on the licenses will no doubt reply soon
