I suspect this is a virus on my Toshiba laptop unfortunately only running Windows 7, and up to date Avast which it seems might not have worked:
-start menu not showing from start button
-rapid highlighting of different files or directories in windows explorer
-the letter r continually typed on a post it note even though the r key is not pressed and backspace not working to delete the "r"s
Does anyone know cause/what type of virus this could be/best way of fixing?
