Mail Shield blocking Outlook

Avast Free 23.3.6058 (build 23.3.8047.781), Mail Shield is blocking blocking Outlook. Turn off Mail Shield, Outlook works. Anyone else notice this? Any solution?  Thanks!

I with "eM Client" with mail accounts configured with IMAP4 I have no problem.
