Thanks for the info I will most definitely take that  knowledge and put it into practice. One more request is if you or anyone else will help assist me in uploading these files to this forum. I don't see how to upload files on this forum, but is willing to learn. Thanks forum.

Hello DavidR I see the picture file but, I don't see the  link where I can upload the file, it's probably right in front of my face . I have uploaded files on different forums before so uploading them is not a problem  just learning how to navigate on  this forum is the issue at this time. Show me how and I willl learn. Thank you for your time.

Hello forum these picture will better show the steps to getting this rescue iso to perform, if you're having the same issues that I was having getting the usb rescue to boot. First go to your downloaded iso and left click to open the iso up then scroll down to rescue left click and scroll down to ASWPESHELL.EXE click on this and the rescuedisk opens up., now do this in safe mode and recovery mode  in safe mode and networking and perform your scans. You don't really need your usb creation for this will work with your iso by it's self, only go into safemode  or recovery mode (shift+restart) then startup setting will get you into safe mode option after you hit restart and pick your safe mode options only then go to your iso and start going through the steps . You can scan your pc in this mode. I hope this helped until avast fix this issue. Feel free to response any time .

If you cropped the screenshot to the relevant part not full screen, you should be able to post 4 provided the total isn't greater than 1024MB, where some of your screenshots are close to that, hence 4 posts.

I generally use the .png format and normally drop the True Colour to 24bit which reduces the size, without losing any clarity.  The attached screenshot is under 35KB, you could also use the .jpg format which is usually a smaller file size.

Hey DavidR  as you can see I was struggling trying to send this info to the forum, a couple of posts couldn't be sent because of lack of knowledge on how to execute the task, at this moment I must study on how to open png files because I can't even open your png files. I have learned how to resize the photos for each one can be less than 1024 kb.  I will try that this time hopefully it will work  because  I beleive once understood this work around will work for the forum members until the avast tech fix this iso glitch .

PNG files may not open in Windows for a number of reasons, including:
Your Windows Photo Viewer is out of date
Your PNG file is corrupted
Your PNG file is encrypted
Your default photo viewer needs to be replaced
You are using an outdated version of Windows
The default program might not support the file format
The latest versions of programs cannot open relatively old file formats
To fix the issue, you can try:
Updating the app
Repairing the app
Resetting the app
Converting the photo to another format
You can open a PNG file by double-clicking it or dragging it into a web browser.
You can also use CTRL + O to browse for the file and then open it in a browser.

Yes I saw that and why I stepped in.

You have to change settings at the time of screen capture.  By selectively only capturing what is needed and what file format to use to save it.

I don't use the Windows screen capture function as I feel it is too basic (in Windows 10), so I have for many years been using a separate screen capture tool.  I use a paid for program as I obviously use it a lot, but there are free versions of image capture tools that give greater control.

There are Free image capture tools for windows - Greenshot was one I (and I think bob3160) in the past.

All my screen captures are done with ScreenPal.
I use their paid product but, they offer a totally free product
for both screenshots and video production.
