I paid my premium subscription and it was not activated

Hello, On September 3rd I was charged the amount of $19.99 for the new subscription on the playstore, I called my bank and they  confirmed you guys took my money, you took my money a day before my yearly subscription was supposed to end, my subscription was supposed to end on September 4th. The issue now is that when I check the app it shows that I'm no longer subscribed to AVAST premium, so what happened to the money you took from my account?

I want you to please refund my money back since I have no premium subscription

By the way I have already sent multiple emails before and no one have replied to me yet
