Fixed issue with high CPU consumption during log in to the OS.

Hi Nunzio77, we were able to induce this issue also internaly. Unfortunately the responsible team does not have a capacity to investigate and fix that right now because of other projects. But we keep it tracked and I hope it will be fixed in the future. Sorry I don't have better news for you regarding this problem.
